Role Description The Sales Manager role at Property Pistol Realty Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore.

The Sales

Manager will lead a sales team to achieve revenue targets, oversee daily sales operations, and ensure effective lead generation, follow-up, and deal closures.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and coaching team members to improve productivity and customer engagement. The role involves meeting clients,



conducting property presentations and site visits, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or related industries.
