Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth and revenue targets.

- Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partnerships.

- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, educational institutions, corporate organisations, and industry partners.

- Generate leads and convert business opportunities into successful partnerships and admissions.

- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to improve brand visibility.

- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients and partners.

- Establish MoUs with colleges, companies, and other relevant institutions.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, academic, and placement teams to achieve organisational objectives.

- Prepare monthly business development plans, performance reports, and revenue forecasts.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.





- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and submit regular reports to management.

- Represent OFSYS Educations LLP at business meetings, networking events, seminars, and industry programmes.

- Identify opportunities to expand the company's services, market reach, and branch operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

- Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, or relationship management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong networking and client relationship management abilities.

- Proven ability to achieve business targets and generate revenue.

- Positive leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and business reporting tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
