Roles and Responsibilities :

- Sales / Specification of construction products to architects,builders,contractors etc.

Oversee and drive the growth and performance of all sales activities within the assigned market.

Develop business opportunities by identifying and engaging with prospects, and maintaining solid client relationships.

Identify and evaluate business prospects by researching and analyzing sales options.

Sell products by establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects, and recommending tailored solutions.

Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by the organization.

Provide ongoing support, information, and guidance to maintain client relationships.

Identify opportunities for product improvements or new offerings by staying informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor activities.

Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.

Uphold quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.





Enhance professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, building professional networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in promotional events.

Contribute to team success by achieving related results and supporting team objectives.

Perform additional duties as necessary to fulfill core responsibilities or as assigned by the reporting manager.
