Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and coordinate IT projects from requirement gathering to successful delivery.

- Communicate with domestic and international clients to understand their business and technical requirements.

- Support IT sales activities, including lead qualification, client meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and deal closures.

- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, timelines, task trackers, and progress reports.

- Handle client queries, project updates, escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintain CRM records, project trackers, and MIS reports.

- Ensure smooth communication between clients, sales teams, and technical teams.

Required Skills &

Qualifications :





- Must have minimum 08 to 09 months of relevant experience in IT Sales or Project Coordination, or IT Project Management.

- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, or a related field.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Solid client-handling, presentation, and coordination skills.

- Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management processes.

- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.

- Experience in requirement gathering, client follow-ups, project tracking, and reporting.
