We are looking for a Sales Head to take charge of our multi-city field sales and client servicing teams. If you thrive in a high-pace sales environment, love building teams, and want real ownership of a Pan India target, this role is for you.

About the Role

You will lead and manage two high-impact field teams across India:

- Corporate and Business Sales Team: market scouting, visiting corporate offices and local businesses in their territories, building relationships and closing sales.
- Rural and Retail Partner Team: reaching retailers and budding entrepreneurs in rural markets, explaining our products and services, and motivating them to become business partners by onboarding on our platform and driving GMV.

Key Responsibilities

- Own Pan India, multi city field sales strategy, planning, targets and execution
- Lead, coach and motivate a multi-city field sales team, from managers to ground executives
- Drive market scouting, territory planning and lead generation
- Build the partner and retailer onboarding engine, and grow platform GMV
- Set up strong MIS, dashboards, daily and weekly reporting, and review cadences
- Track productivity, conversions,



retention and revenue; take corrective action quickly
- Manage key stakeholders and clients, and ensure excellent service delivery
- Hire, train, mentor and build a high-performance sales culture
- Work closely with leadership on growth plans and market expansion

Who We’re Looking For

- Proven experience leading Pan India or multi-city field sales teams
- Strong command of sales planning, forecasting, target setting and sales operations
- Hands-on experience in team handling, coaching and performance management
- Experience scaling a business in a fast-paced environment (startup, fintech, e-commerce, FMCG, telecom, BFSI or similar is a plus)
- Knowledge of B2B and B2C field sales, rural and retail channel, or partner and distributor onboarding
- Robust in reporting structures, MIS and data-driven reviews
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- High integrity and strong business ethics
- Willing to work from our office and travel as needed
