Position: Sales Executive – Seasoning Division

Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore (WFH)

Key Requirements:

- Territory Sales Development: Drive sales growth across Hyderabad and Andhra Pradesh by expanding the customer base and promoting seasoning and food ingredient solutions.
- Recent Business Development: Identify and acquire B2B customers, including snack manufacturers, processed food companies, instant food manufacturers, and food brands.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with procurement, R&D;, and production teams to understand customer requirements and develop long-term business partnerships.
- Product Promotion & Trials: Introduce seasoning and ingredient solutions, coordinate product sampling, and support customer trials and commercialization.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities in the food processing and seasoning industry.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with NPD, operations, customer service,



and finance teams to ensure smooth product trials, order processing, and customer support.
- Business Development & Representation: Represent the company during customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions to strengthen market presence.

Desired Candidate:

- Any Graduate, preferably in Food Technology, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales , preferably in food ingredients, seasonings, flavours, or the food processing industry.
- Experience in customer acquisition, territory sales, and key account management.
- Good understanding of food manufacturing segments such as snacks, processed foods, instant foods, and seasoning applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
