Bazaari Global Finance Ltd. is hiring Sales Professionals for its Vehicle Finance segment in Jodhpur. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, acquiring customers, developing dealer and market relationships, and achieving loan disbursement targets for vehicle finance and refinance products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate business for vehicle finance products, including Two-Wheeler Finance, Used Car Finance, and Commercial Vehicle (CV/LCV) Finance, as applicable.
- Identify and acquire current customers through market visits, dealer references, and field sales activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vehicle dealers, brokers, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Generate quality loan leads and achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Collect and verify basic customer documents and coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for loan processing.
- Follow up on loan applications from login to approval and disbursement.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain daily sales reports, lead records, and business MIS.
- Ensure quality sourcing, accurate documentation, and compliance with company policies.
- For managerial candidates,



handle the sales team, allocate targets, monitor performance, and support team members in achieving business goals.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1–3 Years in Sales / Vehicle Finance / Loan Sales.
- Industry: NBFC / Banking / Vehicle Finance preferred.
- Graduate in any stream preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle loans, refinance products, dealer sourcing, and field sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
- For Sales Manager candidates, prior team handling experience is preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities.

Salary: As per company norms (Depends on interview performance and relevant experience)
