Position: Sales Executive

Industry: Jewellery Manufacturing

Location: Zaveri Bazar, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 1–2 Years

Qualification: Graduate (Commerce / Business Administration preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle counter sales and assist customers in selecting jewellery products.
- Proactively call existing and potential clients to generate sales and follow up on enquiries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers confidently.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details.





Requirements

· Experience in Gold Chain or Jewelry sales is mandatory.

- Excellent communication, convincing, and client-handling skills.
- Confident in making outbound sales calls and converting leads into customers.
- Robust interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing software experience will be an added advantage.
