Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with prior experience in industrial sales to drive business growth in press plates, décor paper, and machinery for High Pressure Laminates (HPL). The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and market expansion across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for press plates, décor paper, and HPL machinery.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close deals.
- Travel extensively across India to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to management.

Qualifications

- Graduate degree (any discipline).
- 2–4 years of proven sales experience in industrial products (preferably laminates, décor paper, or machinery).
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
