Role Description This full-time Sales Executive role is based in Pimpri Chinchwad, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Sales

Executive will identify and engage prospective buyers and investors, conduct property presentations and site visits, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Daily responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable properties, and negotiating pricing and terms. The role also involves updating sales records, coordinating with internal teams,



and staying informed about local market trends and new listings.

Executive is expected to meet sales targets while delivering a qualified, client-focused experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve targets.
- Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of real estate markets, preferably in Pimpri Chinchwad and surrounding areas.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, basic office software, and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage time and priorities effectively.
- Prior experience in real estate sales or related customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property visits, including weekends when required.
