About the Role

Metaqualt Software Pvt Ltd is looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join our on-site team. You will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys talking to people and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their business needs
- Present and explain our software products and services clearly and convincingly
- Follow up with leads and manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure
- Schedule and conduct product demos and client meetings
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales activity in the CRM




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
- Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
- Confident, persuasive, and skilled communication style
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and online communication tools
- Target-driven attitude with a positive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Graduate in any stream (no specific background required)
