Hiring: Sales Executive – IT & ELV Solutions

Location: Ernakulam, Kochi, Kerala

Experience: 2–4 years in IT, ELV or CCTV sales

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to develop our IT and ELV business in Ernakulam. The candidate will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, building customer relationships, and securing projects for CCTV, networking, access control and IT services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire new customers for IT and ELV solutions.
- Identify opportunities for CCTV, access control, structured cabling, networking and other ELV projects.
- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, consultants, facility management companies, offices, hotels and commercial establishments.
- Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for CCTV and ELV systems.
- Arrange customer meetings and site visits.
- Coordinate with the technical team to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations,



purchase orders and payments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a sales pipeline.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in IT, ELV, CCTV or security-system sales.
- Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to generate leads through field sales, networking and customer visits.
- Basic understanding of CCTV, networking and ELV solutions.
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Ernakulam are preferred.
- Malayalam and English communication skills required.

Compensation Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives. Candidates with an existing customer network in Ernakulam will be preferred.
