Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets to contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Connect with potential customers and explain the company's products and services.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new clients.
- Negotiate pricing, handle customer queries, and close sales deals.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of sales experience can apply.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
