Position: Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and related businesses across the Tricity area
- Promote and onboard pharma companies to Insta Pharma Solutions
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, and direct client interaction
- Explain the benefits, features, and services offered through the pharma portal
- Build and maintain robust relationships with pharma companies and key decision-makers
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into active customers
- Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and support
- Provide regular updates on market feedback, competitor activities, and client requirements

Required Skills & Experience:





- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Field Sales / Business Development
- Experience with a Pharma Portal / Pharmaceutical Industry will be preferred
- Willingness to travel and visit pharma companies across the Tricity area
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to independently manage field visits and sales activities
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach
- Must have a valid two-wheeler and willingness to travel for work
