Job Requirements

- Must have experience in any Sales (BFSI Sales preferred)
- Excellent English Communication is mandatory
- Valuable convincing and negotiation skills
- Customer handling and relationship building skills

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer queries for loan products
- Advise customers on Personal Loan, Gold Loan, Vehicle Loan, Business Loan etc.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly revenue goals
- Maintain customer database and follow up for closures
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with internal team for loan processing and disbursement
