Job Title: Sales Executive – Freight Brokerage (Rotational Shift)

Location: Gurugram, Haryana (work from office)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month + performance incentives

Shift: Rotational shift, Monday to Friday, covering India day hours and US hours

About Us

V Power Logistics is a growing logistics company in Gurugram working with US trucking operations. We are hiring a Sales Executive to convert shipper, broker and freight forwarder leads into business and grow our freight brokerage operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business by following up on hot leads, through calls and email outreach.
- Identify and build relationships with shippers, brokers and freight forwarders.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Prepare and submit quotes, and follow up to convert opportunities into business.
- Maintain customer relationships and develop repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue and gross-margin targets.

Requirements





- Experience in freight brokerage sales or logistics preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Knowledge of US freight markets and transportation pricing is an advantage.
- Target-driven, with a focus on business growth and profitability.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including US hours.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
