Job Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, retailers, and business opportunities.
- Promote and sell mattresses, pillows, and other bedding products.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and regularly follow up on enquiries.
- Visit dealers, retailers, and potential customers to generate sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts departments for timely order processing and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain sales reports, customer records, and payment follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification:



12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience in mattress, furniture, foam, or bedding sales will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel for customer and dealer visits.
