Job Overview

Agamahil Natural Products Pvt. Ltd. (https://agamahil.us) (https://chekkooils.com) is looking for a target-oriented Sales Executive – Inside Sales with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on sales experience in the FMCG industry.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, and driving sales of FMCG and food products through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other business channels.

Candidates must have relevant experience in FMCG product sales, preferably in FMCG manufacturing companies or organizations selling food products and other fast-moving consumer goods. Experience in developing distributor, dealer, retailer, wholesaler, and corporate customer networks will be highly valued.

Important: FMCG sales experience is mandatory. Candidates without prior FMCG product sales experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other business channels.
- Identify and approach potential distributors, dealers, retailers, wholesalers, corporate customers, and B2B buyers.
- Promote and sell FMCG and food products to prospective and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Explain product features, pricing, margins, and commercial terms to prospective buyers.
- Follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Identify opportunities to expand product distribution and increase sales in existing and new markets.
- Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, call records, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding order processing, product availability, dispatches, and customer requirements.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, orders, and sales performance.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Any graduate.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on sales experience in the FMCG industry is mandatory.
- Candidates must have experience selling FMCG products through an FMCG manufacturer, food products company, or FMCG product sales organization.
- Experience in inside sales, B2B sales, corporate sales, channel sales, distributor sales, or institutional sales within the FMCG industry.
- Experience handling distributors, dealers, retailers, wholesalers, or corporate buyers is preferred.
- Experience selling food products, packaged foods, edible oils, grocery products, or related FMCG products will be an advantage.

Required Skills
- Robust sales, communication, negotiation, and customer-convincing skills.
- Ability to generate leads, follow up consistently, and close sales.
- Good understanding of FMCG products and sales channels.
- Target-driven approach with a focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, email, WhatsApp Business, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Good relationship management and coordination skills.

Candidate Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with 3 or more years of FMCG product sales experience are eligible to apply.
- Candidates currently or previously employed in FMCG manufacturing, food products manufacturing, or FMCG product sales organizations are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with sales experience exclusively in IT, software, real estate, insurance, banking, telecom, or other non-FMCG industries are not eligible.
- Candidates with only e-commerce operations, catalogue management, or general telecalling experience without FMCG product sales experience will not be considered.
