Job Summary:

Iotics Technology Private Limited is looking for smart, ambitious and self-motivated Sales Executives to join our rapidly growing sales team.

We are seeking individuals who are confident communicators, quick learners and natural problem-solvers, with a strong drive to succeed in sales.

You will be joining an established team of 67 sales professionals, helping us expand our presence across India in the exciting and fast-growing smart home automation industry.

At Iotics, we design and manufacture innovative smart switches and home automation products that are transforming modern homes and businesses.

This role offers excellent earning potential through an attractive commission structure, rewarding individuals who take initiative, achieve targets and deliver results.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hindi and English, with knowledge of additional regional languages considered a strong advantage.

Requirements

- Develop a strong understanding of our smart home automation products and technologies.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base across India.
- Follow up on incoming enquiries and convert qualified leads into sales.
- Cold call and build relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, distributors and dealers.
- Develop innovative sales approaches to attract customers and close deals.
- Conduct virtual meetings, product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers and sales partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
- Take ownership of sales targets and consistently work towards exceeding them.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Gather and analyse sales data, customer feedback and market opportunities to support business growth.

Ideal Candidate





- Must be fluent in Hindi and English. Knowledge of Tamil or any other regional language is an added advantage.
- Smart, resourceful and self-motivated, with the ability to think independently and find solutions.
- Has a strong desire to succeed and earn attractive commissions through excellent sales performance.
- Is proactive, takes initiative and does not need constant supervision to get things done.
- Is confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with customers from different backgrounds.
- Has excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Is eager to learn about new technologies, smart devices and home automation.
- Has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Is organised, disciplined and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Has good business sense and the ability to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Is comfortable using Google Workspace and other basic digital tools.
- Works well as part of a team while taking individual responsibility for results.
- Previous experience in sales is preferred, particularly in electronics, electrical products, consumer technology, building materials or related industries.
