Role & responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US-based customers for lead generation.

- Communicate professionally and confidently in English.

- Understand customer requirements and identify potential leads.

- Explain relevant information clearly and transfer qualified leads to the appropriate advisors.

- Handle customer objections politely and professionally.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
