Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives to promote and sell Quick-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products in the assigned market. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and an interest in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and other customers.
- Visit assigned retail outlets and develop new customer relationships.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Take orders,



coordinate product deliveries, and follow up on payments where required.
- Monitor product availability, stock levels, and market demand.
- Collect market feedback and share competitor and pricing information.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any degree.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales may apply; FMCG sales experience is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, if required.
- Ability to work towards sales targets and achieve business goals.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
