– Landscape Sales Executive Position - Landscape Sales Executive Department- Sales & Business Development Location- Bengaluru, Karnataka Employment Type- Full-Time Job Summary Generate business opportunities, conduct client meetings and site visits, understand project requirements, coordinate quotations, and convert enquiries into successful landscape projects.

Key Responsibilities Generate leads through networking, referrals and field visits.

Conduct client meetings and site visits.

Coordinate with the design team for concepts, BOQs and quotations.

Present proposals and negotiate within company guidelines.

Maintain CRM, submit reports and achieve monthly sales targets.

Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Client relationship management.

MS Office and email proficiency.

Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to travel.

Education &

Experience Bachelor's degree in any discipline.



Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience in sales, interiors, construction, landscaping, architecture or related industries may apply.

Compensation &

Perks Fixed Salary: ■40,000–■50,000 per month (based on experience, skills and interview performance).

Performance Incentive: 1% incentive on the project value upon achieving the assigned monthly sales target. Incentives will be payable as per company policy after realization of project payments.

Performance Review: Salary revisions and incentive eligibility will be based on performance, professionalism, target achievement and contribution to company growth. Training & Confirmation A structured training and evaluation period will be conducted. Confirmation will depend on performance, learning ability, professionalism and business requirements. Monthly sales targets will apply after confirmation
