: Sales Executive – Personal Loan Cross-Sales Department: Personal Loan (PL) – Cross-Sales Company: Bajaj Finserv Role: Sales Executive Employment Type: Full-Time Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for personal loan products through calls, customer references, and existing customer databases. Cross-sell personal loan offers to existing customers and potential customers. Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.

Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into loan applications. Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing. Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for application processing and disbursement.

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily sales reports. Ensure a positive customer experience and follow company policies.

Eligibility

CriteriaGraduate preferred; freshers may apply, depending on company requirements. Positive communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
