The role requires a solid understanding of Datacenter solutions, Colocation Services, Hosting Cloud Infrastructure, and managed services.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales &
- Business Development: o Identify and develop new business opportunities for Tier 3 Datacenter services. o Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure. o Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers, MSPs, and cloud service providers.
- Client Engagement &
- Account Management: o Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business. o Work closely with clients to understand their datacenter and IT infrastructure needs. o Provide customized colocation, cloud, and managed service solutions.
- Revenue &
- Target Achievement: o Meet and exceed assigned sales targets. o Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports.
- Market Intelligence &
- Strategy: o Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements. o Provide insights to the leadership team for strategic decision-making.



o Collaborate with marketing teams to execute sales campaigns.

Required Skills &

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in Datacenter sales, preferably in Tier 3 facilities.
- Strong understanding of colocation, cloud hosting, managed services, and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build relationships with C-level executives, IT Heads, and Procurement teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with industry players like Equinix, STT GDC, NTT, CtrlS, etc. is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
- Experience in Bangalores Datacenter ecosystem and IT enterprises is preferred.
