We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Engineer to strengthen our business development team in the Vadodara region.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand business opportunities in the OEM and industrial automation market.
- Meet OEMs, machine builders, panel builders, and end users to generate new business.
- Understand customer machine applications and recommend suitable automation solutions.
- Promote and sell PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, VFDs, industrial networking products, and control panel solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers and follow up until order closure.
- Coordinate with the application engineering and project teams for technical discussions and solution development.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.




- 4-8 years of experience in Industrial Automation sales or technical support.
- Good knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, industrial control panels, and automation systems.
- Solid understanding of the OEM and machine builder market.
- Hands-on knowledge of Siemens automation products is essential.
- Ability to understand customer applications and propose the right automation architecture and control panel solutions.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Vadodara region and nearby industrial areas.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Siemens PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and industrial communication systems.
- Knowledge of control panel design, electrical drawings, and automation architecture will be an added advantage.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
