Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Development qualified with a Civil, Mechanical, or MEP background to generate leads, identify upcoming projects, and procure new business orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify upcoming MEP, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical projects.

- Visit clients, consultants, contractors, and project sites.

- Generate leads and develop client relationships.

- Track tenders and convert opportunities into orders.

- Coordinate with estimation and technical teams.

- Negotiate with clients and follow up for project closure.

Required Skills

- 5–8 years of experience in Business Development / Project Procurement.

- Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP background mandatory.

- Good networking, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Strong knowledge of the construction and MEP market.

- Willingness to travel for client and site visits.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
