Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Navi Mumbai.

The Sales

Engineer will identify and qualify sales opportunities, prepare proposals, and present technical solutions aligned with customer process requirements. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding their applications, recommending suitable process equipment, and coordinating with internal engineering and production teams to ensure accurate quotations and timely deliveries. The role involves providing pre- and post-sales technical support, handling customer queries, and assisting with equipment demonstrations and commissioning support when required.

The Sales





Engineer will maintain CRM records, support business development activities, and contribute to revenue growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to interpret process requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, build trust, and manage technical and commercial discussions.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including opportunity qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and follow-up.
- Candidates should have a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline, or equivalent technical background.
- Candidates should have familiarity with process equipment or industrial machinery in sectors such as Paint, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, or Food & Beverages.
- Candidates should demonstrate robust problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Candidates with experience using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic project coordination will be preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to travel for client visits, site evaluations, and technical meetings as required.
