We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Service Sales Engineer to drive service business growth by promoting medical equipment service solutions, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC). The ideal candidate should have experience in medical equipment servicing, customer relationship management, and service sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities for medical equipment service contracts, AMC, CMC, and other after-sales services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres, laboratories, and healthcare institutions.
- Promote service solutions, maintenance packages, spare parts, and equipment support services to existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up with customers to close service sales.
- Coordinate with service engineers and technical teams to understand customer requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
- Identify opportunities to renew existing service contracts and increase service revenue.
- Conduct customer visits, generate leads, and follow up on service-related sales enquiries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements to identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, pipeline updates, and service contract records.
- Achieve assigned service sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in service sales, medical equipment sales, or after-sales service business.
- Experience in selling AMC/CMC contracts for medical equipment will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of medical equipment such as CT, MRI, Cath Lab, ultrasound, critical care equipment, or laboratory equipment is preferred.
