Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Development Executive (SDE) to join our team at Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, connecting with healthcare professionals, and creating new business opportunities for our diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through outbound calls, online research, and other sources.
- Connect with doctors, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals to introduce diagnostic services.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on business potential and customer interest.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maintain engagement and support business conversion.
- Maintain and update lead databases,



customer information, and sales activity records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and successful lead conversion.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales development targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in sales development, lead generation, telecalling, telesales, or inside sales is preferred.
- Experience in the diagnostic or healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel or CRM software.
