About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Service Delivery Manager to oversee operations across CAD and Programming, AI-Based Technology, and Estimation & Costing.

The ideal candidate will bring robust operational leadership, technical understanding, analytical thinking, and commercial awareness to ensure high-quality service delivery, efficient resource utilization, improved turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.

This role requires someone who can manage multiple workstreams, lead technical teams, strengthen operational processes, and drive continuous improvement through technology, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Delivery & Team Leadership

- Manage daily operations, workflow allocation, resource planning, and project delivery.
- Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround time, service-level agreements (SLAs), and team performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop technical teams while establishing standardized SOPs and review mechanisms.
- Manage client communication, escalations, delivery risks, and corrective actions.
- Ensure efficient resource utilization and timely completion of deliverables.

2. CAD & Programming Operations

- Oversee CAD drafting, engineering documentation, drawing interpretation, and CNC/CAM programming, as applicable.
- Ensure technical accuracy, manufacturability, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate technical reviews, resolve delivery bottlenecks, and reduce rework.
- Improve workflow efficiency, programming productivity, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and client teams to resolve technical issues.

3. AI-Based Technology Operations

- Manage day-to-day operational activities related to AI-based technology solutions and services.
- Coordinate with technology, product, development, implementation, and operations teams to ensure effective delivery.
- Monitor system performance, output quality,



data accuracy, processing efficiency, and exception resolution.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, optimize workflows, and improve operational productivity using AI.
- Support technology implementation, testing, deployment, user training, and adoption.
- Establish appropriate validation procedures, documentation standards, data confidentiality controls, and escalation mechanisms.
- Track implementation milestones, user feedback, system issues, and measurable business benefits.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve recurring issues and implement continuous improvements.

4. Estimation & Costing

- Review project requirements, drawings, specifications, scope of work, resource requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare or supervise cost estimates, quotations, labor-hour estimates, and project costing.
- Evaluate material, labor, machine, programming, software, and other relevant cost components, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to validate assumptions and commercial requirements.
- Analyze estimated versus actual costs, resource hours, project margins, and estimation variances.
- Develop standardized estimation templates, pricing methodologies, and approval controls.

5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor KPIs related to quality, productivity, utilization, turnaround time, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify process bottlenecks, recurring errors, operational risks, and automation opportunities.




- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Present performance updates, improvement plans, and resource requirements to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology, Computer-Aided Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in technical operations, CAD/CAM, programming, estimation, AI-based technology, or service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience managing technical teams, workflows, deadlines, and client-facing projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, operational reporting, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, automation, technology implementation, and data validation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in engineering services, manufacturing operations, technical outsourcing, or technology-enabled services.
- Exposure to CNC/CAM programming, project costing, or estimation methodologies.
- Experience implementing AI solutions, process automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools, project management systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple projects, distributed teams, or international clients.
