Role Description: We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Sales Manager with excellent communication, email writing and customer relationship management skills to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Communicate professionally with customers through phone calls, emails and meetings.
- Draft and send professional emails, quotations, sales proposals and follow-up communications.
- Handle customer enquiries,



coordinate orders and ensure timely responses.
- Follow up with clients for orders, payments and current business requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential customers and contribute to achieving the company’s sales targets.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports and regular follow-up updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales, customer relationship management or B2B sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong email drafting and professional correspondence skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial packaging, polymers or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
