Maintain sales pipeline, lead and prospect trackers.

Track opportunities, proposals and follow-ups.

Prepare sales MIS and reports.

Support proposals, presentations and client coordination.

Keep sales data accurate, organised and updated.

Robust MS Excel skills mandatory.

Strong attention to detail.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Organised, proactive and good at follow-ups.





Good knowledge of PowerPoint/MS Oice.

Key Success Measures

Success in this role will primarily be measured by the accuracy and timeliness of sales data,

quality of prospect research, consistency of follow-ups, reliability of MIS and eectiveness of coordination with the Business Development team. This role is ideal for someone who wants practical, real-world exposure to B2B sales operations and an opportunity to learn how a creative agency manages prospects, opportunities and new business.
