Job Title: Sales Coordinator Job Location: Pune Bund Garden Department: Sales Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred) Salary: 17k to 20k Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to handle sales-related calling activities and MIS reporting. The role will involve 50% calling and 50% MIS data management , ensuring smooth coordination with customers and accurate maintenance of sales records.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Calling

Activities – 50% Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients. Follow up with leads, customers, and sales prospects. Share product/service information and generate sales opportunities. Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and follow-ups. Maintain call records and update customer information.

- MIS & Data Management – 50% Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Update sales data, customer databases, and lead trackers.

Maintain





Excel sheets and sales performance reports. Track follow-ups, conversions, pending activities, and sales targets. Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports. Assist management with sales data analysis and reporting.

Required

SkillsGood communication and telephone etiquette. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications. Strong data management and analytical skills. Attention to detail and positive organizational abilities. Ability to manage calling targets and reporting deadlines. Good coordination and follow-up skills.
