Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven Event Sales Coordinator to join our team at Ornato Services Pvt. Ltd.
The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, a professional personality, and the ability to generate leads, handle client inquiries, and convert sales opportunities into successful event bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and business opportunities for events.
- Handle client inquiries through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Promote and sell event packages and hospitality services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and event sales presentations.
- Coordinate with the event management team for smooth execution of events.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, preferably Event Sales or Hospitality Sales.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
