- Sales coordinators team contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of Quotations /order.

- Checking the PO, DV and ensure timely Invoicing

- Tracking the Demo units, taking the update of the demo Equipment from the Sales Team.

- Managing daily attendances of the Sales Team.

- Coordinating for the Reverse Pick up of the units with the Sales team, Pick-up Team, and Warehouses

- Coordinating and documentation (Invoicing etc) with the concerned departments

- When orders are processed, need to supervise with the Coordination team agreeing on delivery dates with the logistics team
