- Responsible for booking of customers orders in SAP, received via Sales Team or Customers or Dealers.

- Ensure Product delivery as per booked orders.

- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure that timely inputs are incorporated in the Manufacturing Plan.

- Update stakeholders on delivery schedules.

- Coordinate with the Export logistics team for packing, despatches, and dealing with freight forwarders

- Responsible for handling export despatch-related documents

- Ensure & follow up, if necessary, for payment receipts & related compliance

- Report generation & system upgradation for Customer Cell Activities.

- Timely escalations of gap areas for customer commitments.
