Our dealership needs a bike sales consultant to maintain and grow a customer database to identify potential customers, follow up with existing customers, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. The candidates with 1+ Year Experience and Fresher’s with good communication skills are welcomed.

SALES CONSULTANT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Cultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with customers and turns customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal Bike.

Ø Answer questions about new Bike, used Bike vehicle performance, applications processes and consult the Team Leader as needed.

Ø Employ robust communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their vehicle selections

Ø Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales





Ø Present used and new Bike through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs.

Ø Leverage negotiation skills without compromising customer satisfaction to carry out the sales process following dealership standards and policies.

Ø Must have a valid driver’s license.

Ø Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting a plus point.

Ø Stellar communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, and interpersonal skills are all crucial for meeting customer needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
