Roles and Responsibilities

1. Customer Handling: Welcome customers to the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements, preferences, and budget.
2. Vehicle Demonstration: Explain vehicle features, specifications, performance, safety features, mileage, and benefits to customers.
3. Test Drives: Arrange and conduct test drives to help customers understand the vehicle's performance.
4. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall dealership sales performance.
5. Lead Generation: Generate new leads through customer references, follow-up calls, walk-in customers, and digital enquiries.
6. Customer Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
7. Booking and Documentation: Handle vehicle bookings, customer documentation, and coordinate with the finance and insurance teams.
8. Finance and Insurance: Assist customers with vehicle loans, insurance, and other related services.
9. Coordination with Departments: Coordinate with CRM, PDI, accessories, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
11. Competitor Knowledge: Stay updated on competitor vehicles, market trends, pricing, and promotional offers.
12. Sales Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports, enquiry records, follow-up details, test-drive records, and booking updates in the dealership's CRM/DMS system.
13. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, from the first enquiry to vehicle delivery.

Required Skills
- 13 years of experience in automobile sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Knowledge of vehicle features and specifications.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/DMS systems.

Key Objective: To generate leads, convert enquiries into vehicle sales, achieve monthly targets, and deliver excellent customer service.
