Hiring | Business Development Manager – Insurance Broking | Bangalore

Salasar Services Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Bangalore team.

We are looking for a high-performing insurance broking qualified with strong client relationships, proven business closure capability, and hands-on experience in Employee Benefits (EB) or Property & Liability Insurance .

Required Candidate Profile

Experience: 2–3 years in Insurance Industry

Background: Insurance Broker experience is mandatory

Role: Business Development / Client Acquisition

Location: Bangalore

Client Interaction: Must have direct interaction with clients and independently drive business closures

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new corporate/SME client relationships




- Generate leads and convert them into new business opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, understand insurance requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with insurers for quotations, negotiations and placement

• Drive the complete sales cycle — lead generation → client meeting → closure → placement

- Maintain and grow existing client relationships
- Achieve defined revenue and brokerage targets
- Work closely with the internal placement and claims teams to deliver a strong client experience

Candidates with proven business placement through an insurance broker will be preferred.
