Job Title: Clinic Branch Manager(Sales) Job Location:Pune Training Duration: 15days Agreement: 2-year employment agreement Timings: 10:30 to 8pm We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, manage the team, and drive overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities Manage complete branch operations and daily activities. Lead and supervise the team to achieve sales and performance targets. Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline. Handle client escalations and ensure excellent customer service. Drive sales and ensure team conversions. Maintain reports, inventory, and coordination with head office. Ensure smooth functioning of all departments within the branch.

Requirements Proven experience in Branch Management / Team Handling . Solid background in Sales and Operations .

Experience in Wellness, Skin Care, or Healthcare industry preferred. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willing to undergo 10-15 days unpaid training in Chandigarh. Company will reiumburse the amount travel expense and accomodation of per day 500/600Rs. Must be willing to sign a 2-year agreement with the company.
