Job Summary

Zero Thoughts Marketing is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in sales, client communication, lead generation, and follow-ups. The candidate should be confident in communicating with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and supporting the team in converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential leads through calls, social media, online research, and other channels.
- Contact prospective clients and introduce the company's digital marketing services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide suitable service proposals.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales-related documents.
- Schedule client meetings and support the sales team during discussions.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Track sales progress, follow-up status, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and business development goals.





Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in making sales calls and communicating with prospective clients.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and explain services effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- A target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a marketing agency will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services such as social media management, Meta Ads, content creation, and branding.
- Ability to prepare and present sales proposals.
- Robust relationship-building and customer service skills.
