Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth by promoting the company's products and services, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication skills, technical understanding, and a passion for sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies and promotional activities.

- Design and execute marketing plans to increase product awareness and generate leads.

- Coordinate with management, technical teams, and customers to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.

- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product features, specifications, applications, and pricing.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements.

- Track sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis reports to management.

Qualification Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Fresher’s and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing may apply.

- Good communication, presentation, and networking skills.

- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.

- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.

Preferred Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online marketing platforms.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
