About the role

We are looking for an outgoing, ownership-driven Sales and Operations Lead to run day-to-day sales and operations at our Kochi office. You will lead a team of 2 and step in wherever the team needs support.

Role & Responsibilities

- Own the sales pipeline: new enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, closing and renewals
- Meet monthly revenue and renewal targets
- Run day-to-day operations: client onboarding, documentation and service delivery on time
- Own vendor and partner relationships and coordination
- Mentor, review and support the 2-member team, including their client renewal and documentation work
- Step in to handle tasks when a team member needs help or is unavailable
- Keep CRM records accurate and share a weekly sales and operations report

Skills

- Extrovert, confident communicator who is comfortable talking to clients on calls and in person
- Takes ownership: sees tasks and results through without being chased
- Able to mentor and guide junior team members




- Solid communication in English and Malayalam
- Ability to understand and respond in Hindi is a plus
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Microsoft Word and Excel, and basic reporting
- Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus

Qualification and Experience

- Graduate in any discipline
- 5+ years of experience in sales and operations, including 2+ years leading a team
- Experience in virtual office, coworking, GST or company registration services is an advantage

Compensation

- Fixed monthly salary plus a performance-based incentive linked to sales and renewal targets

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
