Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in Pune. Experince in control Panel sales & marketing.The Sales Assistant will support the sales team with day-to-day activities such as managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining customer records.

Responsibilities include coordinating with prospective and existing customers, scheduling meetings and follow-ups, and ensuring timely communication between sales, engineering, and operations teams. The role involves assisting with sales presentations, updating CRM or sales tracking tools, and generating basic reports and documentation.

Assistant will also help organize sales materials and support internal processes to ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact through order completion.

- Basic knowledge of industrial or manufacturing environments, especially automation or control systems, is an advantage.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, word processing, and email) and familiarity with CRM or sales software is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune, collaborate within a team, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial, along with prior experience in a sales support or customer-facing role.
