Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, identifying potential leads and nurturing client relationships, training and guiding team members in sales techniques, and ensuring excellent customer service.



The Specialist will play a key role in achieving business objectives by driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including generating leads, closing deals, and meeting revenue targets
- Proven ability in Training and coaching sales teams to achieve their potential
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in the healthcare industry or a passion for healthcare is a robust advantage
