- Prior sales and marketing experience at a media house (mandatory)
- Numbers to back it up: revenue generated, targets hit, accounts grown
- Comfort in the field, and the agility to sell however the market demands. The best print sellers today are selling digital too
- Solid servicing for both clients and agencies, and an understanding of why both matter equally
- A team player who can also step up and lead
- Sharp, detail-oriented, and fluent in Bengali and English
