Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Surendranagar. This role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, meeting with existing and potential customers, and promoting the company’s agricultural equipment and services. The Specialist will manage sales inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and support sales negotiations to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering product presentations, coordinating and conducting customer training sessions, and maintaining solid customer relationships through responsive service.



The position also includes supporting local marketing activities, gathering market and competitor insights, and working with management to develop and implement sales strategies for the region.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with farmers, dealers, and internal teams.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in Training customers or partners on products, features, and best practices.
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment or related industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in the field, with good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) for reporting and communication.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory as required.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field preferred.
