Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support day-to-day activities that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across Small Fare®’s portfolio. This internship role is remote and will involve assisting with outreach to potential customers and partners, supporting digital marketing campaigns, and helping maintain CRM or lead tracking tools. The intern will participate in market research,



prepare basic sales materials, and contribute to social media and content initiatives that align with brand messaging.

Additional responsibilities may include responding to customer inquiries, gathering feedback, and providing support to the sales team on presentations, reports, and training materials. This role is designed to offer hands-on experience in a quick-paced, innovation-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospects, clients, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including lead generation support, follow-ups, and basic negotiation awareness.
- Candidates should possess an interest or exposure to Training and Sales Management concepts to support team processes and documentation.
- Candidates should possess digital literacy and comfort with online collaboration tools, social media platforms, and basic data entry.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Relevant coursework or experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial; prior internship or project experience is a plus.
