Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the growth of Cafiyn Innovations by assisting with lead generation, outreach, and basic sales activities in a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential customers, preparing sales presentations, updating CRM records, and supporting the sales team in follow-ups and customer communication. The intern will help execute marketing campaigns, contribute to social media and digital initiatives, and assist in organizing events or webinars.





The role also involves collaborating with team members across functions, participating in training sessions, and preparing simple reports and summaries on sales and marketing performance. This position is designed to provide hands-on exposure to both sales and marketing in a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospects and clients.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and supporting the sales cycle.
- Candidates should possess basic Training and Sales Management support skills, such as assisting in training sessions and maintaining sales documentation.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with CRM tools, interest in technology and SaaS products, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team workplace.
- Pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
