Skill Univ is hiring a part time Sales Trainer for its 45-day Hospitality Technology & Operations program in Madiwala, Bengaluru. You will teach the program's final 13 sessions to a batch of up to 30 freshers training for hotel sales and key account management roles.

Key facts

■ In person at Madiwala, Bengaluru

■ 13 consecutive daily sessions of 2 hours each (26 hours per batch), program days 33–45

■ Part-time contract, paid per session

What you will train

■ Pitching, negotiation and lead conversion (2 sessions): lead qualification, the storytelling pitch, negotiation, closing

■ Hotel acquisition and activation (4 sessions): lead generation, AI-assisted health checks, product demos, objection handling, handling rejection, subscription and handover

■ Key account management (4 sessions): partner relationships, profile optimisation,



revenue targets, issue management, reporting and planning the day

■ Capstone and career readiness (3 sessions): capstone panel, final assessment, mock interviews

Responsibilities

■ Run pitch, negotiation, demo and objection roleplays with live feedback

■ Score graded practicals, the capstone and mock interviews on set rubrics

■ Keep attendance and the learner scorecard for your block

■ Chair the capstone panel and share a readiness note on each learner with our placement team

Pay: ₹1,600.00 - ₹1,700.00 per day
